Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of Bunnlo Store and your purchase of software products from us. By using the store or placing an order you agree to them.

1. About these terms

Bunnlo Store is operated by Bunnlo (“we”, “us”). “You” means the person using the store or buying a product.

2. Your account

You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email address. You are responsible for keeping access to that email secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate billing details so we can issue a valid invoice.

3. Products and prices

All products are digital. Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and include 18% GST. We may change prices at any time; the price shown at checkout is the price you pay. We may also correct obvious pricing errors.

4. Orders and payment

Payments are processed by Razorpay using UPI, cards, net banking or wallets. An order is confirmed only after payment is successfully received and verified. We never see or store your card details.

5. Delivery

Files are delivered digitally through your account after successful payment. See the Delivery Policy.

6. Licence

Products are licensed, not sold. Your rights to use the code are set out in the Software License Policy. All intellectual property remains with Bunnlo or its licensors.

7. Refunds

Refunds are handled under the Cancellation & Refund Policy.

8. Acceptable use

  • Do not resell, redistribute or publish the source code except as the licence allows.
  • Do not attempt to bypass payment, download limits or access other users’ data.
  • Do not use the products for unlawful purposes.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. See also the Disclaimer.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at the location of our registered office have jurisdiction, subject to any consumer rights you have under applicable law.
