Software Delivery Policy

All products on Bunnlo Store are digital and delivered online. No physical item is shipped.

How delivery works

• Complete payment through Razorpay.
• Once payment is verified, your order shows as Paid and your files unlock instantly in My Account, under Downloads.
• You also receive a confirmation and invoice email at the address you used to sign in.

Delivery time

Delivery is instant after payment is confirmed, usually within seconds. In rare cases (for example, a bank delay) confirmation can take up to 30 minutes. If you do not see your files after that, contact us.

Download access

Files are available from your account at any time. You must be signed in with the email that placed the order. Keep your own backup of downloaded files.

Delivery problems

If a download fails or the file is missing, email store@bunnlo.com with your order number. We will fix it or send the file manually, normally within 1 working day.
