Cancellation & Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with what you buy. This policy explains when you can get a refund and how long it takes.

Cancellation
Because products are delivered digitally and instantly, an order cannot be cancelled after payment is confirmed. If you have not paid yet, simply close the payment window; no order is confirmed and nothing is charged.
When you are eligible for a refund
- The product file is corrupt, empty or cannot be downloaded, and we cannot fix it within 7 days of your report.
- The product materially differs from its listing description and we cannot resolve the difference within 7 days.
- You were charged more than once for the same order (duplicate payment).
- You were charged but the order was not confirmed and the file was not delivered.
When a refund may not be possible
- You changed your mind after downloading and using a working product that matches its description.
- Problems caused by your hosting environment, third-party services or custom modifications, where the product itself works as described.
- Requests made more than 7 days after delivery, unless a defect is reported within the support period.
Failed transactions
If money is deducted but the payment fails, the amount is normally reversed automatically to your original payment method by your bank or Razorpay within 5 to 7 working days. If it is not, email us the payment ID and we will help trace it.
Duplicate payments
We will refund any duplicate payment in full once verified.
How to request a refund
Email store@bunnlo.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number, the email used at checkout and a short description of the problem. We usually respond within 2 working days.
Refund timeline
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through Razorpay and typically reach you within 5 to 7 working days after approval, depending on your bank.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under applicable Indian consumer protection law.
