This policy explains what personal data Bunnlo Store collects, why, and how we protect it.

Information we collect

Account data: email address, and name and mobile number if you provide them.
Order data: billing name, address, PIN code, optional company name and GSTIN, order and payment references.
Technical data: IP address and basic device information for security and fraud prevention.
Messages you send through the contact form.

How we use it

To sign you in with a one-time code and to run your account.
To process orders, deliver files, and issue invoices.
To send transactional emails: login codes, order confirmation, payment success or failure, status updates.
To provide support, prevent fraud and meet legal and tax obligations.

Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay. Your card, UPI or bank details are entered on Razorpay’s secure window and are never stored on our servers. We store only the order ID, payment ID, method and status returned by Razorpay. Razorpay’s own privacy policy applies to the data it handles.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers needed to run the store (payment gateway, email delivery, hosting) and when required by law.

Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in and to protect forms against forgery. We do not use advertising cookies.

Security and retention

We use encrypted connections, hashed login codes and access controls. We keep order and invoice records for as long as required by tax and accounting law, and other data only as long as needed for the purposes above.
